Snap! Mobile (From Now On, March 2023 Acquisition) • UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Snap! Mobile (From Now On), I focused on creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that adhered to brand guidelines for the company’s online fundraising platform and its suite of products. I designed and maintained new and existing features for the FanX white-label mobile app, a company-wide container app, and its corresponding admin platforms.
I also created and maintained templates for custom app assets tailored to client branding. I collaborated with peers to uphold design systems and documentation, all while working closely with product managers and engineers to successfully communicate and implement requirements for new features. I provided design support for marketing and advertising by creating landing pages, social media templates, and environmental graphics.
Additionally, I conducted user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing to ensure the interface met user needs and expectations. I defined effective design elements that enhanced the user experience for an online fundraising platform and its suite of products. As a User Experience Associate with a student engineering group, I enhanced the student and faculty experience and provided ongoing support. I oversaw the development and implementation of community-based engagement projects, such as websites, mobile apps, mobile games, and other web-based applications.
I designed and maintained websites to ensure they met brand standards and were user-friendly, accessible, and visually appealing. This involved working closely with various departments to create and update content, incorporating feedback from clients, students, faculty, and staff while ensuring the website aligned with the university's branding and communication goals.
My role also extended to creating cohesive college print materials that align with brand standards and collaborating on the creative direction and design. Collaboration was key, as I worked with marketing, IT, and other teams to create a cohesive online and offline presence that supported the university's mission and objectives. Additionally, I conducted user testing to gather feedback and insights, ensuring that the final products met user needs and expectations.

As a freelance graphic designer, I have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. I collaborate with clients to develop branding, style guides, website designs, and marketing materials such as business cards and flyers. I create digital and print materials for businesses, fellow creatives, and online shops. It's all about bringing visual ideas to life and making things look polished and professional.

As a Graphics Assistant, I supported design projects and managed large-format printers and plate press machines. I prepared design files for high-quality printing, adjusting layouts, colors, fonts, and images for print readiness. I collaborated with clients to understand their design needs and worked with the production team to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.

As a Graphic Design Intern, I maintained and updated web content for current clients, collaborating with leadership on creative direction. I developed logo concepts that reflected the client’s brand identity, creating multiple iterations based on feedback, and ensuring the final design was versatile for various applications, such as business cards, brochures, and websites.
